I am licensed to practice Health Psychology, Counselling Psychology and Clinical Psychology through the College of Alberta Psychologists. I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected. I work with my clients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of their well-being. This includes nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that can impact mental health.
From the moment you enter our offices, I provide tauma-informed care to help clients feel safe and supported during their therapy sessions. I have specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, including EMDR, CBT, Prolonged Exposure, and Internal Family Systems.
Fees:
Individuals: $100-150, Couples: $200, Teens: $150
Consultation Fees: $37.50 per 15 minutes
Groups: $40
Most Presentations: $300-500
Accepted by most insurance companies through direct-bill or self-submit
